Cancellation Policy 

24 hour or greater notice of cancellation via phone or email is required. If no notice is given or if the notice is less than 24 hours from the scheduled session, the client will be charged the full amount of the session

No Surprises Act 

The No Surprises Act was enacted on 01/01/2022 and requires that any client who is paying out of pocket for services, be informed of the provisions of the bill. Simply put, the act prevents surprise billing by informing clients of estimated costs for services for the year. An estimate for the cost of ongoing counseling for the year can be provided upon request.

A good rule of thumb to use is that therapy is most beneficial when done weekly, particularly at the onset of treatment. Treatment typically takes about 6 months (though can be longer). Using this guideline, one can use the following equation:

26 weeks (6 months) x cost per session = Total estimated cost

If you believe you’ve been wrongly billed, you may call the federal agencies responsible for enforcing the federal surprise billing protection law at: 1-800-985-3059 and/or file a complaint with the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner at

Letters and Court Reports

$100/hour for court report 

I have worked with the courts for the past 8 years and thus, have experience providing court services. We would collaboratively decide on how long the report would take
